in B/W or Colour:

b/ clear room dimensions, c/ all fixed appliances,
d/ outbuildings, d/ map orientation.
An architect's or council building plan is not good for this use, these are often
too detailed and hard for buyers to follow. We can redraw this plan to
be user-friendly amongst the general public.
Whichever floor plan you choose, it goes without saying
that a professionally drawn, accurately measured plan
will give you the best shot at securing the right buyer
for your home.
